Orders placed before 2pm Pacific ship the same business day from our Portland, OR fulfillment center. We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns

Not the right fit? Items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items; a flat $6.99 label fee applies to change-of-mind returns.

1. Contact Support with your order number and reason for return.
2. We email a prepaid return label within one business day.
3. Refunds post within 3-5 business days of us receiving the item.

Damaged or defective items

If something arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, file a warranty claim and we'll send a replacement or refund — no return required for items that are clearly defective on arrival.
