Everyone who works here — support, fulfillment, engineering — has spent real time packing boxes or answering customer emails, so decisions stay grounded in what actually happens when an order ships.

What we look for

• Ownership. We're small enough that one person's work is visible to the whole team.
• Directness. We'd rather hear "this won't work" early than "sounds good" and find out later.
• Curiosity about the boring parts — packaging, returns, support tickets. That's where most of the real problems live.
