How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center. If you checked out with an account, past orders are also listed on your account dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Orders start processing quickly, but reach out via Support as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. See Shipping & Returns for details.
How does the warranty work?
Every product comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. File a warranty claim with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, item in original condition. Full details are on the Shipping & Returns page.
